Fitness Express, Inc. was created out of the need to provide better customer service and overall experience, from the initial phone call to the completion of the repair.
Our goal is to provide you with a quick response and speedy service so that you can be back on track – fast!
We care to provide only the best service experience possible, build long-term relationships and achieve 100% client satisfaction.

We specialize in repairs and preventative maintenance of fitness equipment, no matter the brand, type or model. In addition we service massage chairs and mobility products like scooters and power wheelchairs.

We are factory trained and certified technicians. When you make a call, we will try to troubleshoot over the phone first. Once on site, we get things done in a timely manner and leave you with a peace of mind.

24 hours ago my treadmill started to smell like something was burning.
Now it is perfect, called this company for a service call.  The owner called back late in afternoon.  Set up apt for this morning.  Came exactly when I was told they would and here it is 24 hours later and the treadmill is fixed and I am raving about the entire experience.  The serviceman who came was incredible and I highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service!  I called because our treadmill stopped moving after ten seconds. Sig suggested removing the cover and vacuuming the accumulated dust before he sent out a technician. I appreciated the effort to save me the $120 service fee! Unfortunately, that wasn’t the problem. A courteous and knowledgeable technician came out, replaced the speed sensor and its working perfectly now. I would highly recommend Fitness Express!!!

This company was great.  They were able to come out the next day.  The service tech was punctual, professional and polite.  I had a parts warranty in effect and they were able to work with Precor to get the parts covered.  They checked over, repaired, and cleaned my elliptical in less than an hour.  No return trip needed
